Nicki completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University in New York. Nicki has experience in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) including Graston and Cupping, movement testing of selective functional movement assessment (SFMA) and FMS, KT tape and functional exercise/movement. Nicki has a history with her own experiences of being a patient in physical therapy following an injury as a high level cheerleader at a D1 program. Due to her personal experience she understands first hand how it feels to work back to normal daily activities and ultimately return to participate again following surgery. Nicki’s background in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading has taught her about how important it is to perfect the basics. In 2019, Nicki participated in a medical mission trip to Honduras to work with a group of Orthopedic Surgeons performing total knee replacements for those in need within the underserved communities of the country. To this day she continues to maintain communication with the organization and hopes to continue her charitable work. Nicki moved to the Sunshine State in January of 2024 to continue her career and to help individuals of Southwest Florida return to what they enjoy doing. Nicki is looking forward to participating in her hobbies of paddle boarding, hiking, pilates, and exploring new cities.
