He graduated from Iran University of Medical Science (IUMS) in 2000 with a BSc in Physical Therapy. Later, he pursued his education in the USA and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2022 from the University of North Georgia (UNG), GA. In 2015, he completed his mastership in Manual Therapy at the European School of Manual Therapy in Florence, Italy.

 Dr. Bahramian obtained certifications in various specialized techniques, including the McKenzie method in 2019, and Dry Needling in 2012, 2019, and 2022. Additionally, he received certification in Vestibular Rehabilitation from UNG in 2022. Dr. Bahramian is an experienced educator, having trained over 5000 PTs in Dry Needling and more than 2000 PTs in Manual Therapy in IRAN. 

Outside of his professional life, he resides in Rockville, MD, with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include reading, walking, teaching, and cooking.
