Katrina Kask, OT

Occupational Therpaist

Inside of Virginia Women’s Center

Katrina Kask has a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has had a wide variety of clinical experience working in a range of settings, including residential facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient clinics and home health. This broad range of experiences has promoted a curious and out-of-the-box approach to her treatment. In all of the above settings she has found addressing pelvic floor dysfunction to be beneficial to a significant majority of her clients.

She believes treatment should be based on a holistic, collaborative and research-backed approach guided by client-specific goals. Her pelvic floor education includes Herman and Wallace foundational courses centered on urinary incontinence, dyspareunia and colorectal conditions, as well as coursework with Becky Allen DPT addressing the underlying orthopedic considerations impacting pelvic floor function. The pelvic floor impacts the whole body and her aim is to consider the full picture, head to toe.
