Dr. Ty Bennett is a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to providing collaborative and comprehensive care to patients of all ages. He believes in prioritizing open communication and shared decision-making while utilizing the most current, evidence-based techniques to address musculoskeletal dysfunction and restore optimal movement.
Dr. Bennett earned both his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. Through his education and clinical training, he developed a strong foundation in evaluating and treating a wide range of orthopedic and movement-related conditions.
His clinical interests include outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and geriatric care. Dr. Bennett’s approach to physical therapy focuses on reducing pain, restoring function, and empowering patients to return to the activities that matter most to them through personalized, patient-centered treatment plans.
Originally from Rockbridge Baths, Virginia, Dr. Bennett has lived in Winchester for the past nine years. During college, he played baseball at Shenandoah University. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Haley, and their daughter, Emerson, as well as fishing and watching Boston sports.
