Catherina Park attended McDaniel College, where she played four years of collegiate volleyball. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology in 2020. During her collegiate career, she underwent post-concussion rehabilitation and gained a further understanding and passion for treating patients. She then pursued her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and graduated in 2023.

In 2022, she was awarded the Rising Star Leadership Award from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) for potential future professional contributions and scholastic ability. She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), and she received her Barbell Rehab Method Certification in 2024.

As a former collegiate athlete, Catherina is passionate about using manual therapy, strength training, and exercise to help patients with sports-related injuries and various orthopedic conditions. Her hobbies include exercising, hiking, golfing, reading, art, spending time with family and friends, and trying new foods.
