Denise Frey PT, DPT, OCS

Denise Frey graduated from Shenandoah University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Exercise Science, then went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, also from SU, graduating in 2015. After graduation, she initially began working in inpatient rehabilitation before shifting her focus to outpatient orthopedics, where she has been working since 2016. She went on to further specialize in orthopedics by becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2019.

Denise was also a student-athlete at Shenandoah, playing four years of collegiate softball and one year of cross country. She enjoys working with athletic and orthopedic populations, as helping individuals return to play on the field has always been a passion of hers.

In her spare time, she enjoys working out, being outdoors, and playing with her two children—who definitely keep her on her toes!
