Dr. Morgan Adams is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Dr. Adams takes a patient-centered approach built on education, open communication, and shared decision-making. She provides individualized, one-on-one, evidence-based care designed to reduce pain, restore function, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.
Her clinical experience includes orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and neurological conditions such as stroke, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), and limb amputation. She incorporates dry needling, manual therapy, and progressive strength and stability training to create personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s unique goals.
Dr. Adams moved to North Carolina three years ago in search of warmer weather and more sunshine. Outside the clinic, she enjoys Pilates, strength training, long walks outdoors, spending time with loved ones, and relaxing with her kitten, Booger.
