Zoé Six, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Rockville, MD

Dr. Zoé Six earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science
from East Tennessee State University. During her time at ETSU, she competed as a Division I
triathlete for four years, helping her team secure a 3rd-place finish at the 2018 NCAA Nationals.
It was here that Dr. Six developed a strong interest in cycling—particularly in bike fitting—as a
way to help high-level athletes optimize performance and prevent injuries.
She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland,
Baltimore in 2025. While pursuing her doctorate, Dr. Six was actively involved in professional
organizations, serving as Director of Communications for her school’s chapter of the American
Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) and participating in the
American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy (AASPT). These experiences deepened her
commitment to supporting athletes and patients from all backgrounds.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Six enjoys staying active through workouts, coaching at
Solidcore, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new hobbies.
