Crew McCarthy PT, DPT

Crew McCarthy earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Lynchburg in 2025 and his Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech in 2021. During his clinical training, he gained experience in both outpatient orthopedic and acute care settings, with a focus on treating orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular conditions.

Crew is passionate about delivering individualized, one-on-one physical therapy care. He uses a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions to reduce pain, restore movement, and help patients safely return to their daily activities.

Outside of the clinic, Crew enjoys staying active through sports, watching movies and television, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
